Four generations of master confectioners, a passion for craftsmanship and the highest quality ingredients – that's Loison. Since the 1930s, traditional recipes have been used to create Venetian delicacies and the famous Colomba Easter cake, made according to an original Italian recipe and with natural sourdough.

On 27 and 28 March 2026, we invite you to discover Loison Colomba. Fluffy, moist and aromatic – each cake preserves the authentic flavours and tradition of Italian craftsmanship.
