of our very own 'House of Julius Meinl Colomb. 

Perfect for Easter time, we invite you to a tasting of the classic Italian Easter pastry. The Italian Easter dove traditionally consists of a fluffy sourdough into which candied fruit is worked, and the dove is sprinkled with hail sugar and almonds. The pastry gets its name 'Colomba' from its shape, which is supposed to represent a dove with spread wings.
