Zauber der Gewürze
Basque Chili (formerly: Piment d'Espelette) is a true rarity – a particularly aromatic, mild chili with a slightly smoky note from the French Basque Country. Grown around Espelette near Biarritz in a traditional, manual manner, Basque Chili is popular in top gastronomy and among gourmets worldwide. This exquisite Basque Chili is used for seasoning grilled meat, salad, omelettes, or fish in the spicy to hot gourmet kitchen, but it also tastes excellent on its own with cheese.
