Pink pepper, also called Brazilian pepper, or pink berry, comes from the Brazilian pepper tree Schinus terebinthifolius, or the Peruvian pepper tree Schinus molle. For visual reasons, pink berries are often added to white, black and green pepper in the pepper mill.
