Poliziano was born from the love for the beautiful region Chianti, with which Poliziano work in harmony to produce vibrant and representative wines. Served at around 16 - 18°C, the Poliziano Chianti makes a very drinkable and versatile wine, ideal to accompany antipasto, pasta dishes, risotto and pizza.

Ingredients & Allergens
Already twenty years ago Federico Carletti began to renew the vineyards of his estate. The new Chianti consists only of the grape varieties that have become established in the production of modern Chiantis: Sangiovese and Canaiolo.
Pairing recommendation: pairs well with traditional antipasto, pasta dishes, risotto and pizza. Serve at 16 - 18°C.
Grape variety: Sangiovese and Canaiolo.
Origin: Italien / Central Italy / Toscana / Chianti
Alcohol content: 13,5% vol.
