Honey (50% honey in the gingerbread dough), rye and wheat flour, sugar, eggs, invert sugar syrup, spices. Filling/ chocolate coating: cream, butter, whole milk powder, rose hip jam (rose hips, gelling agent: pectin, acidifier: citric acid, preservative in jam: potassium sorbate, stabiliser: calcium citrate), cocoa mass and butter, emulsifier in chocolate: lecithin (soya). Decoration: almonds, sugar, chicken egg white, potato flour, natural food colouring from apple, lemon, blackcurrant, radish, green algae and safflower extract.
