Chocolate Easter Gingerbread Heart filled with juicy redcurrant preserve, coated in chocolate and finished with a marzipan heart. Hand decorated for Easter in icing, with an inscription. Packaged in a cellophane bag with a bow.

Ingredients & Allergens

Honey (50% honey in the gingerbread dough), rye and wheat flour, sugar, eggs, invert sugar syrup, spices. Filling/Covering: Redcurrant jam (redcurrants, sugar, acidifier: citric acid, gelling agent: pectin, humectant: sorbitol, preservative in jam: potassium sorbate), cocoa mass and butter, emulsifier: lecithin (soya). Decoration: Almonds, sugar, chicken egg white, potato flour, natural food colours from apple, lemon, blackcurrant, radish, green algae and safflower extract.
