Nocellara del Belice olives grow in the western province of Trapani in Sicily. Due to the particularly warm and dry climate of the region, the deep green Nocellara olives develop a full, unique aroma. Their typically fleshy fruit stands for special quality. The fruits taste great as an aperitif, to refine salads or also as a Mediterranean snack with goat cheese.
