Coocamu takes pride in its cooperative of approximately 700 farmers, totaling 368 members, who work on a collective 120,500 hectares of volcanic soil, producing around 1900 bags of premium coffee per hectare.

Coocamu stands out for its meticulous wet processing techniques and manual bean processing. What truly sets Coocamu apart is their unwavering commitment to sustainability and ethical practices. They do not use herbicides or pesticides, promote fair working conditions, and source their mountain water locally for wet processing.
