Coocamu takes pride in its cooperative of approximately 700 farmers, totaling 368 members, who work on a collective 120,500 hectares of volcanic soil, producing around 1900 bags of premium coffee per hectare.

The Coocamu coffee blend consists of 90% Bourbon beans, which, thanks to a screen size of SC15+ in the selection process, guarantee top-notch quality. Coocamu stands out for its meticulous wet processing techniques and manual bean processing. What truly sets Coocamu apart is their unwavering commitment to sustainability and ethical practices. They do not use herbicides or pesticides, promote fair working conditions, and source their mountain water locally for wet processing.
