Giusti Tradizionale Modena DOP Extravecchio is the top class among balsamic vinegars. A masterpiece of craftsmanship from the oldest acetaia in Modena. It is made exclusively from cooked grape must and matures for at least 25 years in antique wooden barrels of different types of wood, using the traditional method of “Rincalzi e Travasi” - a process in which the vinegar is decanted and refined several times. Its creamy, dense texture and intense, woody character make it the ideal accompaniment to exquisite dishes: a few drops enhance Parmesan shavings, strawberries, vanilla ice cream, risotto or mature cheese variations. It also works its aromatic magic as a digestif.
The vinegar is presented in an elegant 100 ml bottle, stylishly nestled in a high-quality wooden box with a hand-blown glass pipette - ideal as an elegant gift or a flavorful highlight in fine cuisine.
