GESELLMANN
An authentic tribute to the Gesellmann tradition, this wine is crafted from the oldest vines, yielding small clusters of Blaufränkisch and St. Laurent grapes. Hand-harvested, the fully ripe grapes undergo a 50-day traditional maceration fermentation in wooden fermenters. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in oak barrels follows, and the wine matures for 40 months in small oak barrels. After blending into the cuvée, it refines for an additional 4 months in large wooden casks.
This journey, from the oldest vines to the cuvée, is a symphony of flavors harmonized over time, capturing the essence of tradition, craftsmanship, and patience.
