Fresh fish like monkfish are used to cook this tasty soup, which gives all the authentic taste of the local fishes. Accented with a touch of Espelette pepper and delishous spices, this recipe gives you all the delicate flavours of the monkfish.

The producer is Moulin Marée. The fisherman and shellfish farmer provides you with the best from his area while respecting seasonality.
