The spaghettoni of the Felicetti pasta factory are made with selected organic flour. The Monogran Matt is used, a typical Apulian and Sicilian flour, an original flour with strong aromas and incredible notes of summer hay and freshly chopped barley. This flour makes the pasta particularly perfumed when cooked and gives a hint of dried fruit.
