WEINGUT DÜRNBERG
The wonderful Dürnberg classic Grüner Veltliner Falkenstein: fresh apple fruit, accompanied by delicate white pepper and cool mineral nuances. Spicy and juicy, with a pleasant drinking flow. Perfectly suited for typical Austrian cuisine as well as fish and poultry dishes.
The young vines grow in elevated positions, sheltered by the adjacent forest to the west. The slight eastern exposure ensures optimal conditions. The upper soils are rich in humus and slightly gravelly-sandy. These attributes lend the wine elegance, a complex flavor structure, and a refreshing mineral note that emerges right here.
