The Colomba Gianduia Sacher is an artistic Easter speciality from the traditional artisan bakery Florsiner, combining the classic, airy Colomba with the rich world of chocolate indulgence. Inspired by the legendary Sacher Torte, this pastry combines the deep, intense flavours of a delicate gianduia chocolate filling with fruity notes of semi-candied apricots, which give the product a pleasant freshness and balanced taste. The soft dough envelops the aromatic chocolate nuances, while the decoration of whole hazelnuts provides a nutty crunch and an elegant finish.
