Opus Eximium No 31 2018

organic
In 1988, red wine pioneer and senior boss Engelbert Gesellmann created the "Opus Eximium No. 1" to vinify an outstanding Austrian red wine. In the early years, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir were fixed components of the cuvée, but since the 2000 vintage only the autochthonous grape varieties Blaufränkisch, St. Laurent and Zweigelt are represented.
