Ingredients & Allergens
Nose: Delicately spiced with hints of anise, a touch of floral honey, and mandarin zest, underpinned by white peach—a multifaceted bouquet.
Palate: Rich and complex, offering sweet tropical fruit, a whisper of lychees, fresh structure, a lemony touch, and a mineral-salty undertone on the finish. Still very youthful, it will benefit from a few years of bottle aging, holding the promise of a bright future.
Pairing Recommendation: Pairs exceptionally well with grilled seafood and fish dishes, Asian cuisine (e.g. Thai curries, sushi, spicy wok dishes), summer salads with exotic fruits and herbs, mild soft cheeses or light desserts. Serve at 8 -10°C.
