Description

The bonitos come from the vessels "Varamar" from Burela and "Peixiño Primero" from Celeiro. They are individually caught using live bait and rod with hooks. This meticulous method ensures that the tuna is caught without suffering, preserving its quality and freshness entirely.

Preserves of fish in olive oil, such as White Tuna, Mackerel, or Sardines, crafted in the traditional manner, improve with time. They are already good in the first year and even better in the following, as they become milder and more delicate due to maturing in the olive oil. That's why we specify the vintage year in our limited edition preserves.
