Since its foundation in 1818 by Elisabeth Salmon and Nicolas-François Billecart, the house of Champagne Billecart-Salmon has remained independent for seven generations and has preserved all its know-how and the high quality of its vintages. This cuvée consists of 79% Grands Crus and 21% Premiers Crus.
The blend consists of 60% Pinot Noir (from the Premiers and Grands Crus of the Montagne de Reims and the Grande Vallée de la Marne) and 40% Chardonnay (from the Côte des Blancs).

EYE: A striking bright salmon pink colour with soft, shimmering copper highlights.
MOUTH: A tamed strength and at the same time delicate and savoury, with a harmonious flavour development of palate-pleasing aromas (tangerine, blood orange and renette cake). On the palate, a full and rich structure that transitions into a chalky note, with a lingering finish of lemon zest and red and white currants.
NOSE: Aroma of citrus peel and red berry jelly. With the exquisite sensation of a rich and complex aromatic palette (strawberries from Plougastel, strawberry "Mara des Bois" and vineyard peach). Wonderfully refined and ripe olfactory notes that respectfully present the inimitable aromas of sweet spices and pith from wild raspberries.
