Acetaia Ducale Estense - Gran Cuvée
A high-quality vinegar based on raw must and concentrated must from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, aged for at least 10 years by hand and naturally in oak barrels from 200 litres to 50 litres, unfiltered.
Versatile in the kitchen as a seasoning to spice up dishes and enhance their flavour, giving them a pleasantly intense sweet and sour aroma. Excellent for enhancing salads and vegetables, giving dishes depth of flavour and roundness.
Particularly recommended in combination with roasts, fresh cheeses and puréed vegetable soups.
