On both days, you will have the opportunity to taste four selected truffle varieties from the traditional company Antica Torroneria Piemontese – Golosità. Since 1885, this family business has been synonymous with artisanal confectionery culture from Piedmont.

With a wealth of experience and genuine passion, they create sweet truffle specialities from natural ingredients, without any artificial additives – aromatic, melt-in-the-mouth and with an unmistakable taste. The hazelnuts come from a short 0 km supply chain, are purchased directly from local farmers, freshly cracked and gently roasted in small batches just before processing.
