Join us for a stylish evening in the heart of the city – all about sparkling Spritz moments and the finer things in life.

Look forward to the elegant Chandon Spritz creations – Lemon & Verbena, Berries & Hibiscus and Orange Peel & Spices – which, with their fruity freshness and aromatic sophistication, will be the perfect accompaniment throughout the evening.

Culinary delights include a summery ‘flying dinner’ from our kitchen. Look forward to crispy bruschetta crostini with a balsamic glaze, delicate crab cakes with cucumber coleslaw, and tender salmon fillet on a tabbouleh salad with a lemon and caper sauce. The sweet finale is light choux pastry with blueberries and a creamy bourbon vanilla filling from our patisserie.
