Hand-picking, spontaneous fermentation and aging in used 300-liter barrels ensure maximum authenticity and individual character. The delicate, light-footed wine combines earthy notes and complex, ripe fruit aromas with the finest tannins and sparkling minerality. His restraining power will continue to develop over the next few years.

The Rosi Schuster winery is located in Sankt Margarethen in Burgenland. Hannes Schuster runs the winery together with his family. The vineyards are entirely planted with local grape varieties, especially Blaufränkisch and St. Laurent, and are located in the villages of Sankt Margarethen, Zagersdorf, Oslip and Donnerskirchen.
