Ready-made risotto bianco mix of carnaroli, vegetable broth and onion for wonderful risotto dishes with fresh ingredients. All you have to do is mix our Risotto Bianco with water and any fresh ingredients. Depending on the season and taste, simply add fresh asparagus or home-picked mushrooms, for example.

Preparation for two servings:
Put 200g of risotto «Bianco» and fresh favourite ingredients (vegetables, mushrooms, etc.) in a non-stick pan with 900ml of water and cook uncovered for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the perfect consistency is reached. Season with Parmesan cheese and butter.
