The wines of the Patricius wine house represent the modern style of Tokaj wines. They are varietal, filigree, dry wines that also showcase the volcanic character of the soils in Tokaj. Look forward to the noble sweet Aszú wines of the winery, which display a unique spectrum of aromas in the interplay of sweetness and acidity: from citrus notes, apricots, exotic fruits, honey, and figs to tea and tobacco.

The botrytized (noble rot) berries are affected by the Botrytis cinerea fungus and naturally dry out, resulting in concentrated sweetness and complex flavors. This fungus is responsible for the production of dessert wines, such as the renowned Tokaji Aszú.
