"In a year like 2017, where heat and drought prevailed, it was essential to harvest the grapes of Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier early in order to preserve the aromatic freshness of the wines. The Ornellaia Bianco 2017 presents a bright yellow colour with green reflections and shows a beautiful complexity and an unexpected aromatic intensity on the nose. Characterised on the nose by aromas of exotic fruits and fresh citrus notes, on the palate it stands out in particular for its almost silky feel, accompanied by a pleasant freshness, culminating in a long and elegant finish."
