Original Hungarian Salami

This salami is made from carefully selected pork and pork fat and refined with a secret blend of spices. It is then matured for at least 80 days under controlled conditions, during which time the typical white noble mold forms, which gives it its unmistakable aroma and appearance. The salami is smoked over beech wood, which gives it its special smoky note.
