Organic Olive Oil Extra Vergine 'Novo'
Nobleza del Sur extra virgin olive oil, collected from olive groves of a selected parcel. NOVO can be recognised by its olive green colour. It is of great aromatic complexity, highlighting olive leaf, wheat grass, lavender, tomato and fruity notes such as green banana, apple and green almond. Very balanced on the palate, it has a very pleasant entry, a slight bitterness and spiciness. Its persistence over time is delicate and elegant.
