The Marcati family owns 8 hectares of vineyards in Mizzole, nestled in the heart of the Valpolicella region. This Amarone 2020 red wine is crafted from carefully selected bunches of Corvina and Rondinella grapes, which are left to wither until late winter in a ventilated environment. It matures in oak barrels for a minimum of two years before further refining in bottles for 8 to 12 months.

Nose: A powerful, very full red wine with raisiny, intense flavours.
Tongue: Due to its strong structure, which comes from the high ripeness of the berries, this dry Amarone has a hint of slight sweetness in its flavour.
Pairing recommendation: Perfectly pairs with spicy dishes, game, and hard cheeses, particularly Parmigiano. Serve at cellar temperature.
Grape variety: 70% Corvina Veronese / 30% Rondinella
