Golden Bloom Rosé captures the lightness and freshness of the south – a wine like a breath of eternal spring, inviting you to enjoy convivial moments under the sun. The cuvée of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah comes from the sunny IGP Terres du Midi region, where the Mediterranean climate and terraced marl and clay-limestone soils allow the grapes to ripen optimally.
In the glass, the wine displays a bright pale pink colour and seduces with aromas of fresh red berries and citrus notes. On the palate, it is fresh, clear and elegant with a lingering, clean finish. Served at 8–10°C, it is ideal with light finger food, tomatoes, salmon rolls or summer tapas – an uncomplicated rosé for convivial moments and Mediterranean flair.
