The Louison en Provence Rosé 2025 from the Coteaux Varois en Provence AOP appellation embodies the freshness and elegance of Provence. The cuvée of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah grows on stony, calcareous clay soils in the vineyards around the Provençal hills. Gentle vinification with complete destemming, direct pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation preserves the fine fruit aromas and lively freshness.
