The Jean Collet & Fils Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons 2023 is a Chardonnay full of character from one of the best sites on the left bank of the Serein River. It is golden yellow in the glass with aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and a hint of wood. On the palate, it is lively, elegant and long-lasting. Perfect with fish, seafood or white meat.
