Straw yellow, with golden reflections. Aromatic notes of anise, caraway, dill, finely integrated liquorice with subtle hints of fresh spring flowers, wild berries and a hint of vanilla resulting from maturation in PX sherry casks. The processed caraway comes to the fore framed by a refreshing fennel aroma. In addition, the palate is delighted by wintry spices, especially vanilla, cloves, cardamom and white pepper. The taste is completed by the elegant sweetness of harvested red grapes.
