The grapes for this elegant champagne come from the single parcels Pierre Robert Haut, Tarclette and Varmery in the Grand Cru site Ay. The average age of the vines planted there is 45 years. Multi-layered nose dominated by currants. Juicy and lively on the palate, round and vinous, with white peach and candied lemons in the foreground.
