Gölles’ Raspberry Vinegar Sprayer is gently fermented from the juice of fully ripe raspberries and impresses with its intensely fruity, fragrant aroma and bright red colour. The ageing process results in a finely balanced vinegar with an elegant acidity and a distinct berry freshness. Thanks to the practical spray, the vinegar can be dispensed particularly finely and sparingly – ideal for enhancing salads, desserts, rocket or asparagus dishes. It also adds a fruity, elegant flavour note when combined with nut oils or used in creative dressings.
