Giuseppe Giusti
Giusti's Affinato is a traditionally produced balsamic vinegar from Modena, made exclusively from cooked grape must and produced according to DOP guidelines. It is aged for at least 12 years in a series of antique wooden barrels of different woods - an artisanal process that gives it its special depth and harmony. The nose reveals ripe fruit notes, accompanied by fine wood and spice aromas. On the palate, it is dense, round and elegant - with perfectly balanced sweetness and acidity, a lively and long-lasting taste.
Ideal with: Parmesan, risotto, fresh pasta, tartare, grilled vegetables or as a sophisticated accent on desserts such as strawberries or vanilla ice cream.
