‘Männerglück’ – Bacon Jam with Whisky
A savoury speciality in a jar, used as a spicy spread or BBQ topping. This is a bacon jam with whisky, made from bacon, onions and selected spices, and seasoned to a slightly sweet, caramelised flavour. Its taste combines robust, smoky meat flavours with a pleasant sweetness and a subtle hint of whisky. “Männerglück” goes particularly well with burgers, grilled meat, sandwiches or as a sophisticated accompaniment to hearty dishes.
