"Dressing based on fresh must of grapes Cabernet Sauvignon, Raboso and Melot, then refined 6 years in oak barrels and then for other 6 years in barrels of different woods such as chestnut, cherry and mulberry. All grapes come solely from the family vineyards. The product is all natural, no additives nor colorants such as caramel are added. Colour: intense brown Acidity: around 5,5 acetic degrees Density: slow increase in density with ageing, viscous but fluid. Aroma: intense and persistent acidity with a balanced acetic vein, with spicy and fruity notes. Widely used with dishes such as roast meat, fowl, soups, and risotto.
