Rediscovered champagne-bottles from 1911 became the inspiration for a champagne tribute to the Golden Age, lovingly named « Un jour de 1911 ». Light yellow, silver reflections, fine mousseux. Fine biscuit nuances, a touch of yellow tropical fruit, mineral touch, fine herbal spice. Taut, elegant, fine white fruit, fresh acidity, discreetly nutty on the finish, somewhat restrained finish.
