Modica chocolate with mildly roasted and ground coffee.
Ciomod chocolates are traditionally made using a special process. The cocoa beans are only coarsely ground and then mixed with sugar at a maximum of 40°C. This is why it is also referred to as "cold" chocolate. This process allows the sugar to retain its crystalline structure and gives this chocolate its unique texture. Its rough surface and porous structure make Modica chocolates a unique taste experience.
