The Distilleria Sarti was founded in Bologna in 1885, but in the 1970s, it was acquired by Campari along with its brand name. The ways to enjoy Sarti are endless: neat "on the rocks," as a spritz with Prosecco and soda, or mixed with Bitter Lemon or lemonade. A wonderfully fruity and fresh alternative to the classic Aperol.
