ILATRAIA is the first wine from Casa Brancaia in Maremma. The wine is an intense, elegant and terroir-typical wine, made from grape varieties that ripen optimally year after year in the Maremma, even without irrigation.
Tasting notes: Intense aromas of black fruits such as currants, cassis and cherries. A full-bodied wine with fine, velvety tannins and a lush finish.
Food pairing: Food with balanced, intense aromas, with meat and game dishes - roasted or braised - with poultry such as pigeon or pheasant.
