In the glass, it displays a clear, golden yellow colour and fine bubbles. On the nose and palate, ripe fruit aromas (e.g. mirabelle plum, plum, yellow fruits) combine with brioche and nut notes and an elegant acidity structure. The finish is long and harmonious – a champagne that works excellently both as an aperitif and with festive dishes.
