The Babbi muffin baking mix makes it easy to prepare gluten-free muffins in Italian style. The mix produces moist, flavor-balanced muffins or cupcakes that can be wonderfully filled with Babbi Cremadelizia. For creative variations, the batter can also be refined with Babbi pastes. Preparation is uncomplicated: The baking mixture is mixed with milk, oil and eggs and then baked at 170 °C fan oven or 180 °C top/bottom heat for around 25-30 minutes.
