Pastry Cream Baking Mix
The Babbi pastry cream baking mix makes it quick and easy to prepare a velvety, gluten- and egg-free Italian-style pastry cream. It is ideal as a filling for cakes, pastries or as a base for desserts such as tartlets or eclairs. The mixture is mixed with milk until a smooth, compact cream is formed. For a particularly fluffy Chantilly cream, whipped cream can also be folded in. Optionally, the cream can be flavored with Babbi pastes such as pistachio or hazelnut paste. The baking mix is part of the Babbi Home Bakery product line, which includes a variety of gluten-free baking mixes for desserts such as muffins, pancakes and cakes.
