Ayala Brut Majeur is the elegant signature cuvée of the Ayala house in Aÿ, Champagne. With a high proportion of Chardonnay, complemented by Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, it matures on the lees for around three years and receives only a small dosage. The result is a light golden champagne with fine perlage, fresh citrus and floral notes, delicate brioche, and a clear, mineral finish. Ideal as an aperitif or with fish, seafood, and fine appetizers.
