Yuzu and Mandarin Vinegar
A l’Olivier Yuzu & Mandarin Vinegar combines the delicate, fruity aromas of sun-ripened mandarins with the characteristic acidity of yuzu. The result is a particularly vibrant vinegar with fine floral nuances, a fresh citrus note and a subtle bitterness on the finish. It enhances salads, fish dishes, seafood, poultry, Asian-inspired dishes as well as fruit salads and desserts. It also adds an exciting aromatic accent to cheese. Shake well before use and store refrigerated at +2 °C to +6 °C after opening.
