Just a few drops refine dishes and sauces highly aromatic. From 1 kg of Yuzu fruit, 100 ml of juice is pressed by hand, which is why Yuzu juice is very valuable. The fruits are from pesticide-free cultivation. This unsalted Yuzu juice for star gastronomy is free of preservatives and gently pasteurized for about 1 year.
