Since 2008, this vineyard has been cultivated according to biodynamic guidelines.
and was officially certified for the first time with the 2011 harvest. This Viennese Gemischte set consists of 9 grape varieties (Pinot Blanc, Neuburger, Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner, Sylvaner, Zierfandler, Rotgipfler, Traminer and Riesling), which were harvested together by hand and and processed together after careful selection (botrytis grapes are eliminated). A maceration period of about 3 hours was followed by gentle pressing with a pneumatic wine press. and fermentation took place in a cooled steel tank. After almost a year of storage of the the finished wine on the fine lees, it was bottled in August 2020.
