Giorgio Rivetti has produced a super good, single-varietal Sangiovese in Tuscany. To be more precise, he has created a new insane product and hit the bull's eye with it. Giorgio Rivetti was able to buy the best Sangiovese grapes from a beautiful vineyard from his neighbour. The wine matured for about 12 months in medium-sized barrels and the typical La Spinetta signature is clearly noticeable, on the nose and on the palate.
